Payment for custom builds and audits is made by invoice, typically to a virtual USD account (paid via ACH or Wise) or directly via Airtm if you already use it. I avoid international wire transfers where possible, since they carry higher fees on both ends. SmartInboxCleanup is paid through Selar, details are on its own page.
Your setup fee covers the build itself and includes your first month of hosting and maintenance at no extra charge, so you can see how the automation actually performs before committing to an ongoing fee. Monthly billing begins the month after your build is delivered.
You can cancel at any time, and I won't push back on your reasons or make you justify the decision. If you're leaving because something about the service wasn't working for you, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing about it, not as a condition of cancelling, just because it helps me improve, but that's entirely optional.
If a monthly payment is missed, I'll reach out with a reminder. You'll have a one-week grace period before I pause the automation, so a missed payment never means an instant, silent shutdown.
The monthly fee covers maintaining and keeping your existing agreed automation running smoothly. Adding a new node, workflow, or feature beyond what was originally built is scoped and charged separately. If an addition meaningfully increases the ongoing complexity of what I'm maintaining, your monthly fee will increase to reflect that added work.
If you pay and change your mind before any work has started, you'll get a full refund. Once I've started building, refunds are no longer available, you'll receive the finished workflow itself, but not a refund of the payment. To build well and on time, I need clear, accurate information about what you want automated, and the fastest way to reach you in case something urgent comes up mid-build. I also need the actual permissions and credentials for whichever apps we're automating, since API setup is a technical process I handle directly rather than asking you to configure yourself. I keep this access only as long as needed to build and confirm everything is running correctly, and you can revoke it at any time as described above.
Everything I build is provided as-is. While I take care to build and test carefully, I can't guarantee it will be error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid for the service. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or opportunity.
Build and processing times vary depending on complexity and real-time conditions with the third-party services involved, and are not guaranteed to complete within a fixed timeframe, though most builds and jobs move quickly. You'll be kept informed as work progresses.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any buildwithjuliet service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
